Contemplative Practice

Art and nature are different aspects of creation.

In a busy world, it can be challenging to recharge and reconnect with a source that fuels personal experience and creates meaning to daily life. Our connection to nature is vitally important to this task. Involvement in art and music also feeds the soul and deepens this connection.
